Meet Lisa – Founder & CEO

I started Mettle Marketing Co. in 2020, right as the world was shifting online. At the time, I was working in the marketing and events department of a mall, watching businesses struggle—and even shut down—because they didn’t know how to pivot to an online presence. I knew I could help.

That moment lit a fire in me. I began helping businesses show up online in a way that felt real— not cookie-cutter. And today, that’s still what drives everything we do.

My approach is personal and strategic. I take time to understand who you are, what you value, and where you’re going – then craft a digital strategy that gets you there. Yes, I’ll bring my expertise. Yes, I’ll tell you what’s not working. But I’ll also build a plan that feels true to you.
